From fundraising to fun activities, there are many steps involved in promoting your organization and planning a successful event, and 学生 涉及ment is here to help you every step of the way!  From thinking of an event your fellow students won’t want to miss, to choosing a facility, acquiring the desired resources, finding a way to pay for it all, and promoting it like crazy, we are here to help you have the most successful event possible. 

Want to raise money for your organization? All fundraising initiatives must be approved in advance. To have your idea approved, please submit the "Solicitation Approval Form" in 涉及到你 three weeks in advance.

Did you know 学生 涉及ment can also help you promote your event? Here are the different ways we can help you promote your event:

• Create/print fliers for you
• Post your event on our social media or in The Weekly Roar
• Table in 埃文斯共用 or the LARC
• Have your event announced over the radio station or on the digital monitors in 埃文斯共用
• Paint your event on the Pride Rock
